One activity I like to do with my students at the end of the school year is to write a letter to their teacher for next year. Of course, we don't know which teacher it will be, but the kids love to tell them what they are good at and what they hope fifth grade will be like.

I'm always looking for other activities that kids love for the end of the year. You know, the kind that students think are a puzzle, but are actually practice of skills they've learned. Or, one that takes a skill they already know to the next level so they are amazed they know how to do it. I've created several over the years and collected them into this nifty bundle. The Memory Book has pages for all the memories of the year, plus pages for autographs of all their classmates and friends. Just click on the picture to read more details.
What are some of your favorite activities for the end of the school year?
